Contact us through our website, phone, or email. Our English-speaking staff will guide you through the process. Email your dental records (X-rays, CT Scans, photos, etc.) for a free treatment estimate in advance.

  • Puerto Vallarta Clinic:
  • Fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport and enjoy your dental vacation by the ocean.
  • We’ll help you with hotel recommendations near our clinic or across the border in El Paso.


3. Cross the Border Easily

You can enter Mexico with just your U.S. driver’s license or birth certificate (though a passport is recommended). U.S. adults traveling by land can enter Mexico without a passport if they present a valid U.S driver’s license, proof of U.S. citizenship (e.g. an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, certificate of naturalization certificate)

  • However, if you’re flying to Mexico (Puerto Vallarta), you must have a valid passport-no exceptions.
  • We’ll pick you up and drive you to your appointments.


4. Consultation & Treatment Plan

We’ll do a full exam, take X-rays if needed, and explain your personalized treatment plan, costs,time and options—no pressure, just honest care.

Email a copy of your dental records, including X-rays, CT Scan, photos and treatment history, from your current dentist. This will help the dentist better understand your dental needs and provide appropriate estimate, cost and time before you make your appointment.

Pack necessary documents: You can enter Mexico via the land border without showing your passport. Bring your passport but you usually only need your American driver’s license or birth certificate (a copy). With these, you should be able to return to the United States.

Plan your trip: Determine your appointment dates with Rio Grande Dental and book your flight to El Paso Texas. If you live in Texas, New Mexico, or Arizona, you can easily drive to El Paso, Texas.

Arrange accommodation: Book accommodation near Rio Grande Dental clinic in Juarez Mexico or Hotels in El Paso Texas. We can help you with Hotels recommendations.

How to get to the clinic. We offer free transportation to/from your hotel and to/from Rio Grande Dental appointments.
